I use Logmein to access computers, when accessing, Logmein asks for either the domain password, or the local password to connect to the computer to. Or is there more information someone needs? We are out of ideas and seeing if anyone has other troubleshooting ideas to try. Also, i checked the switches and the PCs that can and PCs that can't print are plugged into the same switches. We can't figure out why certain PCs can and certain ones can't on the same subnet.

Also I tried to disable SNMP in the printer properties so it shows the printer is online, but they still can't print. Still having that issue and strange part is this set up has been working just fine since January 5th of this year. But then I asked myself why would some work and some not? I've rebooted the PCs, the routers, the switches, and the printers to see if that might fix the issue. I go around and found out that about half of the PCs on subnet 192.168.65.x can print just fine.

I can't find any changes to our routers or subnets that would cause this. I checked our router and the configuration for both subnets are the same. We have made no changes on either subnet but yesterday morning I received a phone call saying several PCs on subnet 192.168.65.x can't print and it shows the printer is offline. We have Konica Minolta 951 printer on subnet 192.168.63.x and on the same LAN we have about 50 PCs on subnet 192.168.65.x.
